A birthday celebration for HuiYuan plus course mates gathering was held at RIBS by Vintry located at Jalan Kasah, Medan Damansara weeks ago. 

Situated a stone's throw away from the bustling city, this porky place is ideal for a special occasion as I bet you wouldn't  want to be late.

 Wild Mushroom Soup (RM14)

A thick cream-based soup garnished with fried basil

Honey Fried Cheese (RM16)

Battered and fried cheese cubes, drizzled with honey

Caramelized Roast Pork (RM18) 

A choice of Spicy or Non-spicy Vintry Roast Pork wok-fried in a flavourful superior soy sauce and caramelised with sugar

 Jamon Roll (RM30)

 Sliced Spanish cured ham and rock melon spices, 

served with a dash of pesto sauce and rocket salad

Pork Satay (RM22) 

 Grilled pork neck satay, served with creamy peanut sauce

 Vintry Roast Pork RM8/100gm

 

Their signature dish, roasted and crackled with traditional home-made recipe

Chef Pasta (RM36)

 

 An all-time favourite, tomato-based spaghetti pan-fried with Taiwanese sausages, bacon,
mushrooms and pork croûtons

Braised Pork Ribs (RM49)

 

 Braised in our red wine herb sauce, served with rosemary baked potatoes and grilled asparagus

 BBQ Pork Ribs (RM42 for medium portion, RM52 for large)

An all-time Vintry favourite, served with mashed potatoes and coleslaw
