Coffee..mm didn't meet my expectation

Two eggs any style, served on toast with crispy turkey bacon, golden hash brown, juicy breakfast sausages, baked beans, sautéed mushrooms & roasted tomatoes + fresh orange juice & a choice of coffee or tea.
Much nicer than Jarrod & Rawlins version and I can finish the whole plate!!

Smoked Salmon Sandwich (RM19)
with cream cheese relish, fresh mesclun & a twist of lemon.
Served with salad and four colour chips
When I asked Ryan how's the sandwich, he answered: haute food co. has better smoked salmon sandwich...LOL

Fat Spoon Café , Damansara Uptown (Revisit)

I'm kinda sure everyone has a favourite place for lunch. Open air Chinese food stalls? Indian curry house? Hmm mine is a family running cafe nestled in busy township - Fat Spoon Café@Damansara Uptown who serves great grandma food and good coffee at reasonable and affordable price. It's one of best in the neighbourhood but visiting this place at lunch hour is really hectic as it is super hard to find a parking space and the cafe is always packed.

Hallmark of the cafe?

It's really comfortable dining at this cafe, cozy ambience and friendly staff.

Iced lychee and mint (RM7.9)
Supposed to be ice blended version but chelle said the blender is out!! So, iced!! why not?
Sweet and refreshing but I would suggest the owner to put Monin mint syrup instead of shredded fresh mint leaves lorr...

Sambal Fried Rice (RM11.9)
Wok fried rice with sambal belacan and dried prawns served with fried chicken, cucumber pickles and pappadum

Claypot Sampan Beef Noodles Soup (RM12.9)
A bit too sour to my liking but overall it's good!

Last but not least - The Last Polka ice cream, Rum and Raisin (RM9.2) this round.
Rich, smooth and YUMMY!! Must try!!

Coffee Famille 咖啡家

This place has been on my to-visit list long ago but didn't have the chance to do so until few days back. The girls were looking for place to hang out around Kota D'sara, so I suggested a little cozy coffee place named - Coffee Famille.

Menu presented in a small booklet form

"Coffee Famille is here to provide you a feeling at HOME while having a good cup in hand. In here, you may wander about, look around, free to talk, chat non-stop, just like at home. "

Coffee Famille, located at Sunsuria Avenue, Kota Damansara serves home roast fresh coffee. On the coffee bar is a La Spaziale single group espresso machine and a grinder of the same brand, the coffee Syphon and Hario V60 for making brewed coffee.

The best and must-try at Coffee Famille!
Comes in two layers. Lower layer similar to New York cheese cake while the upper layer is smooth and have tofu-like texture.
Very impressive!!

The pizza was pretty good. Freshly made and baked upon ordering.
A thin crusted pizza served with plenty of cheese, tomato sauce and flavourful beef salami. Yummy!!
