Yut Kee@Jalan Dang Wangi

Kedai Makanan Yut Kee, located at Jalan Dang Wangi, KL is an old style Hainanese Kopitiam established in 1928. Guess it is the only one left in its kind. This eatery had constantly attracted a lot people to visit their shop. Be prepared to queue if you are planning to visit on weekends, especially during breakfast and lunch time.

Last Sunday, we were happened to pass by this area and we were thinking of trying our luck(to see if it was crowded and long-queued). Hooray!! We were so lucky to get a table once we stepped in the shop. I still remember we had to share a table with people whom we don't know in our last visit. It was really an awful experience eating on a same table with strangers :(

Coffee
Not the best in town though..

Hainanese Pork Chop (RM10)
Served with potato wedges, mixed veggies and onions in thick gravy.
Loved this!

Roti Babi (RM8)
Another signature dish of Yut Kee.
Pork slices and onions wrapped in a thin bread battered with egg.

Best served with Lea&Perrins sauce

Note: They do serve Pork Roll on Fri, Sat and Sun during brunch time. Must try! Served in slices (Rm12) or whole (RM140) with apple sauce
